Top Referrer Getaway Contest

1. Eligibility

The "Top Referrer Getaway" contest is open to all active paid subscribers of RealEstateRoute.com who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of RealEstateRoute.com are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

The contest runs on a quarterly basis. Each "Contest Period" begins at 12:00:01 AM PT on the first day of the quarter (January 1, April 1, July 1, October 1) and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on the last day of that same quarter.

3. How to Enter

Participation is automatic for all active paid subscribers. To earn referral points:

• Use your unique referral link found in your Referral Dashboard.
• The referred user must complete a successful signup and become a paid subscriber.
• Each new paid subscriber counts as one (1) referral point.

4. Winner Selection

At the end of each Contest Period, the participant with the highest number of valid, paid referrals will be declared the winner. In the event of a tie, the participant who reached the winning referral count first (chronologically) will be the winner.

5. The Prize

The winner will receive a trip for two (2) to their choice of either Hawaii (USA) or the Bahamas. The prize includes:

• Round-trip economy airfare for two from a major airport near the winner's residence.
• Standard hotel accommodations for 5 nights.
• Total prize value not to exceed $5,000 USD.

6. Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their RealEstateRoute.com account within ten (10) business days following the end of the Contest Period. Winners must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.
